What attracted you to Joules and why did you choose to work for us?
I’d previously worked as a copywriter for agencies, so the chance to work in-house for a vibrant, up-and-coming business such as Joules was an attractive proposition. Also, the fact that Joules had never had an in-house copywriter meant I could really tailor the brand’s tone of voice into one that our customers want to hear.
Tell us about a typical day…
Here’s a cliché you’ll probably read more than once in this section – no two days are the same. I work across all channels and with all departments, so until I check my emails in the morning, I can’t be sure what the day will hold.

I dressed up in women’s clothes and raised £50 for Comic Relief.

What do you think makes Joules unique as an employer?
