We start the process with our dynamic and energetic in-house recruitment team who are constantly seeking out the best talent that they can find. Our efficient and professional HR Operations team manage the engine room of the HR function, making sure you get paid accurately and on time; managing employee benefits, including Staff Discount and Clothing Allowance, right through to Pension and Incentive Scheme management. Our small team of commercially minded and proactive HR Business Partners work closely with our line managers providing support and advising on many different people issues.
Our learning and development offer changes each year as we understand more about the business priorities and design the programmes that will help develop our employees and, at the same time, support our business plans for growth.
